Health & Wellbeing Service
The health and wellbeing of our apprentices is paramount. KEITS are therefore proud to offer all of our apprentices access to an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), delivered by Health Assured – the UK are Ireland’s leading wellbeing provider.
An EAP is a confidential benefit designed to help our apprentices deal with personal and professional problems that could be affecting their home or work life, health or general wellbeing.
Our EAP service provides a complete support network that offers expert advice and compassionate guidance 24/7; 365 days of the year, covering a wide range of issues. We strongly believe in providing an EAP service that offers not only reactive support when someone needs it but also proactive and preventative support to deliver the best possible outcomes.
Please see the below documents to learn more about what this service offers:
*Apprentices will require an access code from their KEITS Training Consultant to access the app’s features.
