About this opportunity:

Situated in 26 acres in the heart of Helston, Eastwell Equestrian is owned and managed by advance dressage rider, trainer and BD judge, Leanne Jackson. We have a small mix of DIY, Part and Full liveries along with Leanne’s own horses which she competes on a regular basis. It is only a small yard, but we have excellent facilities and a very friendly team.

Based on previous experience, we offer the opportunity to develop skills and capabilities as an equestrian groom, with particular focus on dressage and eventing.

The horses welfare is absolutely paramount at Eastwell Equestrian so our successful candidate must have this at the forefront of everything they do. In response to this we offer excellent training on site and opportunities to develop skills and knowledge in an encouraging, fun environment.

We need an enthusiastic, hardworking individual, who is able to work both within a team and alone and as of the work will be working alone, so self-motivated is defiantly an attribute we require.

We need a person who can be a representative of Eastwell Equestrian, when clients are on the yard and when traveling away from home at competitions. We have many top-level competition horses on the yard and we need someone who is committed to making sure they are in the best of health.
