Congratulations to Gerhard Taylor from Selsey Golf Club who has been awarded KEITS Learner of the Month for July.
Gerhard’s Training Consultant Katie Croft who nominated him said;
‘He’s been working really well with his manager Martin and colleague Ewan, and the three of them have a good laugh together while Martin teaches him things like using ride-on mowers, irrigating the greens, and learning the rules of the golf course. Gerhard has already made strong progress with his qualifications and has proven to be a really good learner. He’s always keen to get involved in the group sessions and his submitted work is always to a high standard, you can clearly see the effort he puts in.
His positive attitude and motivation really stand out. He brings good energy to each session, and it’s a pleasure having him on the course. He’s made an excellent start and thoroughly deserves this recognition.
