A work-based qualification is a privately funded whole course or chosen units of a course.
It allows you to choose your own path when apprenticeships are not an option for you.
What you need to know?
- You can pick and mix your own units/qualifications
- You may not have enough hours to qualify for funding but you still want to learn and achieve
- It may be that you are in an environment where there is no-one to complete your training.
- You may just need to ‘top up’ a current, incomplete qualification.
