Employer and Learner Satisfaction Survey Results 2012/13

As a government funded training provider KEITS take part in the Skills Funding Agencies annual employer and learner satisfaction survey.

As a government funded training provider KEITS Training Services Ltd are expected to take part in the Skills Funding Agencies (SFA) annual employer and learner satisfaction survey. Each year we are tasked with ensuring that our learners and employers respond to the survey and then the results are used for the following:

  • To inform learners, employers & parents of the choice of provision
  • To drive quality improvement
  • To provide a common consistent assessment of performance
  • To inform purchasing decisions – i.e. the purchasing decisions of employers, learners, the SFA and subsequent funding bodies

What does this mean for KEITS?

  • The outcomes of the Surveys will be published onto the Provider Gateway and will be available on the this website to help parents, learners and employers to decide which training provider or college to use
  • The SFA and Ofsted are also able to review the surveys
  • The outcomes of the Surveys will be used to make purchasing decisions by agencies and employers
  • The Surveys will measure the quality and responsiveness of provision in the FE system for all learners and employers
  • The results are a way of showing the provisions value for money

KEITS has just received their results for the 2012/13 Employer Satisfaction Survey and we are extremely pleased to announce that we have received the following results.   (All scores are out of 10).

How good is the provider at:

Q1 – Understanding your organisations training needs – 8.8

Q2 – Offering training and or assessment in a flexible way to meet your needs – 9.0

Q3 – Communicating clearly with you throughout the process – 8.6

Q4 – Their overall efficiency in their dealings with you – 8.7

Q5 – The professionalism of the staff delivering training and/or assessment – 9.1

Q6 – Delivering training that reflects up to date practices in your industry/sector – 8.9

Q7 – How would you rate the benefits of the training/assessment to your organisation – 8.9

Q8 – How satisfied or dissatisfied were you with the overall quality of training/assessment – 8.8

Q9 – How likely would you be to recommend this training provider to another employer seeking similar training – 9.1

KEITS are extremely pleased to announce the results from the Learner Satisfaction Survey 2012/13. (All scores are out of 10).

Q2 – How good or bad was the help staff gave you in the first few weeks? – 8.8

Q3 – How good or bad is the teaching on your course? – 8.9

Q4 – How good or bad is the respect staff show to you? – 9.4

Q5 – How good or bad is the advice you have been given about what you can do after this course? – 8.3

Q6 – How good or bad is the support you get on this course? – 9.1

Q7 – How good or bad are the college/provider staff at listening to the views of learners? – 9.2

Q8 – How good or bad is the college/provider at acting on the views of learners? – 9.0

Q9 – How likely would you be to recommend this training provider to another employer seeking similar training? – 9.3
