‘Since transferring to KEITS from another provider in August, Ezra had to adjust to a whole new approach to his apprenticeship. His attitude to his course and own self development is remarkable and he approaches every aspect of these with diligence and care. Ezra’s co-workers and employer have all made positive comments to me about Ezra’s work ethic and I have seen first hand the mutual respect he has and team player qualities he exhibits in the work place. Ezra has also gone above and beyond in recent weeks, by creating a number of pieces of additional work for his portfolio off his own back. Keep up the great work Ezra!
