Her assessor Rion Richards who nominated her said:
“I want to put Paris Ovenden forward for the learner of the month for the hard work she has put into her course. Paris works for the head office of Develop, and her role is Operations and Business Support Apprentice. Paris is extremely busy in her job role due to the diverse nature of the tasks she is responsible for. Even though Paris has a demanding job role, she has always found time to complete her apprenticeship tasks to the highest possible standard. Through her actions, Paris has demonstrated the benefits to businesses of hiring apprentices.
Paris is currently preparing for her endpoint assessment and has nearly finished her project. Even though Paris has been furloughed, she has remained focused on planning for her end point assessment. Paris’s showcase for her EPA is over 16,000 words in length which shows the amount of time/effort that she has spent on producing the evidence.”
