Learner of the Month – September!
This month’s award goes to Lindsey who works at The Groom Room in Pets at Home, Solihull. Lindsey is completing a level 2 in dog grooming with KEITS whilst working full time for Pets at Home. Lindsey was nominated for this award by her assessor Hayley.
What Lindsey’s assessor Hayley has said:
“Lindsey goes above and beyond and demonstrates outstanding confidence and compassion when working in the groom room, this was noticed on a particular visit to the salon when Lindsey completed a groom on a dog who was deaf and incredibly nervous. Lindsey was able to quickly adapt her technique and build trust with this dog to assist her salon manager during the groom. She was patient and attentive to the dog’s behaviour and made a friend for life!”
