Chelsea has been instrumental in supporting and mentoring young apprentices throughout their journey with KEITS. Her commitment to developing the next generation of equine professionals is clear, with many of her apprentices achieving distinctions and progressing confidently within the industry under her guidance.
Beyond the apprenticeship programme, Chelsea actively encourages her learners to further their professional development by pursuing coaching and riding diplomas independently, demonstrating her dedication to long-term career progression, not just qualification outcomes.
Many of her original learners continue to thrive within the business today, which is a true testament to Chelsea’s passion, leadership and ongoing support.
