We now have the results for the ESFA Satisfaction Survey 2017-18 and once again KEITS have got some outstanding scores!
The survey was completed by almost 400 learners and a cross-section of employers from both KEITS and our subcontractors. The good news is:
- A whopping 95% of our employers and 85% of our learners were likely or extremely likely to recommend KEITS.
- 83% of learners were extremely satisfied with the way KEITS staff treated them and 92% of employers scored high or extremely high for the quality of training.
- 94 % of the employers thought our delivery and training was up-to-date and reflected their industry or sector and 97% felt we offered training in a flexible way to meet industry and sector needs.
It isn’t just about statistics! The survey asked learners about their personal goals and motivations. The majority of learners stated that they were there to: gain skills, knowledge, to get a qualification promotion at work and/or move onto a higher-level qualification. But it wasn’t just about career progression, pleasure and interest scored very highly as well; demonstrating that vocational qualifications are a great way to combine business and pleasure. Really important when you consider just how much of our lives we spend at work!
Once again, we would thank you to all the learners and employers that participated in the survey. It’s great to know that even with all the changes – the introduction of the levy and the switch from Frameworks to Standards – that KEITS and our sub-contractors are still maintaining high standards and quality training.
