As the Chinese proverb says good things come in pairs and today we celebrate 2 KEITS learners of the month!
A huge congratulations to Rachel & Megan for all their hard work during their apprenticeships.
Rachel is studying customer care at Oakham Veterinary Hospital and was nominated by her training consultant Rion:
“I have put Rachel forward for learner of the month because of the consistently high quality of the evidence she has provided. Rachel has been pro-active in providing evidence for her course and shows a keen sense of self-motivation. Rachel has fully embraced her apprenticeship and is a role model for all apprentices. Rachel fully interacts with each part of the assessment process. We are on track to complete on time and Rachel regularly documents her off the job hours.”
Megan is completing dog grooming at Ruby Do’s Dog Grooming and was nominated by her training consultant, Lee:
“Megan demonstrates commitment to her course and is so hardworking. She has 100% course attendance and submits her work in a timely fashion, before the deadline! Megan checks in with whenever she requires support and is pro-active with her tasks.. Megan has worked REALLY hard on her English and Maths tasks in preparation for her upcoming exams. Wishing Megan luck for her Maths exam this week. Megan is extremely kind and empathetic towards all animals she works with which is so lovely to see.”
