🌟 Special Recognition Award – Apprentice Achievement 🌟
We would like to give a huge well done to Chloe, one of our fantastic KEITS apprentices, for her outstanding professionalism and achievement.
During Tom’s (her yard manager) medical emergency, when he sadly suffered a heart attack, Chloe played a key role in managing the 999 phone response, calmly coordinating the wider staff team, ensuring the safety of the horses, and supporting the air ambulance landing. Thanks to the quick actions of both Chloe and Sarah at Little Munden Equestrian, Tom is now on the way to a full recovery, turning this into a truly positive outcome from a very challenging situation.
Alongside this, Chloe has achieved a Distinction in her Level 2 Equine Groom qualification and is now progressing onto a Level 3 Team Leader apprenticeship, continuing her journey towards another excellent level of achievement.
Her employer and all at KEITS are incredibly proud of Chloe and the maturity, confidence, and compassion she continues to show. Chloe is a true credit to herself, the team around her, and the KEITS apprenticeship programme.👏🐴✨
