Where a query cannot be resolved immediately, they should demonstrate the ability to reassure customers and ensure timely follow-up. The role will also involve managing inbound email enquiries. The apprentice will be required to build strong rapport with customers, identify opportunities to upsell where appropriate, and consistently deliver a high standard of customer service. A key part of the role will involve learning and developing a strong understanding of the company’s product range to effectively support sales activities.
