The business administrator is expected to deliver their responsibilities efficiently and with integrity – showing a positive attitude. The role involves strong communication skills. The business administrator is also expected to show initiative, managing priorities and own time, problem-solving skills, decision-making, and the potential for people management responsibilities through mentoring or coaching others.

Delivery Method
The Business Administration Standard is delivered using remote training sessions. The apprenticeship will finish with an End Point Assessment (EPA) assessed by an Independent External Assessor (IEPA). EPA is sector specific and may involve practical assessments, written tests, professional discussions and review of evidence.
Expected Duration
15 -18 months with a minimum of 12 months
