“Tillie really is a joy to work with and her enthusiasm for her role is very apparent. She changed career direction and has taken to dog grooming very quickly, with amazing empathy showed towards all her clients, no matter their size or temperament. Her work is always of a high quality and she takes any opportunity possible to expand her knowledge. I really am excited to see Tillie’s progress through her apprenticeship and to watch her grow as a groomer.”
“Tillie has only been with us for 10 weeks but has proved to be a fantastic asset to our team! She has taken to grooming like a duck to water. Her understanding of canine behaviour and body language is exceptional and I can trust her implicitly to handle and reassure all the dogs we welcome in the salon. She is an absolute perfectionist (if anything too much so!) and has a great eye for detail when completing tasks. She is now extremely confident in bathing and fluff drying most coat types as well as clipping out paw pads. She is gaining confidence every day completing nail trims, hygiene clipping, and basic clipping.”

She always goes out of her way to help anyone out with anything they need assistance with they need. She puts every effort into making any groom as good as it can look and is always taking the time to research different styles and ways to improve her grooming skills, as well as looking at animal welfare and making sure the dogs in her care are as comfortable as possible throughout. She is a valuable asset to my business.”
