KEITS offer a FREE recruitment service, that’s right FREE! To any employer (past, present or future) that wants some help in finding their perfect candidate!
As well as running your own adverts (only if you want to), KEITS create an advert on the government website, our website, and social media platforms and invite new applicants to apply.
We then screen ALL applicants for suitability and eligibility according to the desires skills and experience you set for your advert, and then put you in contact with applicants we feel are the right fir for your vacancy.
The employers can then follow their normal staff recruitment process whether that be initial calls or interview, and let us know when they have found the perfect candidate!
KEITS Business Development team will then support both the employer and candidate through the sign up process and allocate an expert training consultant to get your apprenticeship up and running!
