We’re seeking an individual who has a passion for the well-being of animals and enjoys spending time with dogs in a fun and friendly environment. The right candidate will be confident with all dogs, responsible for supervising dogs at play and rest as well as feeding, simple training, picking up poop and thinking of new ideas for the dogs to do in our care. A strong work ethic is important to us and we require a commitment to meet both the needs of our dogs and their owners. Candidates must be comfortable to communicate with people as well as animals. Candidates will need to recognise dog behaviour and act accordingly, complete odd jobs around the centre, assist with filming and photography for our social media, conduct safe handling and management of dogs, follow the correct procedures at the centre, report any physical and behavioural changes in the dogs, have excellent understanding of animal welfare and maintain hygiene in the centre.
